Artist Profile - Celene Bridge

Celene Bridge graduated from Penrhos College in 2006 and intends to pursue her studies in Fashion & Textile Design at Curtin University next year.

Two of Celene's dresses The Widow and Marionette were selected for the Year 12 Perspectives at the Art Gallery of Western Australia 2006

The Widow viewed here, won Celene sponsorship as Silk Wholesalers Student of the Year 2006, alongside other innovative work using silk.

The Widow is constructed from silk fibre and silk fabric on a cane framework.

Celene is currently designing and creating her own clothing collection.
